it depends if you are texting than its more abbreviated , if you are talking than its not.

I dont believe that knowing culture is important. It does help but it's not necessary. But I believe knowing a language is little easier when you converse with someone

I believe sign language could be recommended but not mandatory. But its a good way to teach a toddler a language

 What matter is your grammar. People with good accent dont know the grammer
