Back when I was still single, I usually have perceptions on how my babies will look like. Will they take after me or will they resemble my future hubby?

Then one day, after being married for a year, we were greeted by the most beautiful news in our lives as a couple. I couldn't figure out then where I would place my happiness because it's really overflowing. In my excitement, I bought a book entitled "What to expect when your expecting", and it helped me a lot in dealing with the hormonal imbalances and its accompanying changes in preferences, mood and physique. Every month, the book has been my comrade.

When my baby started to move inside my womb, it was an unfathomable bliss! I was very brave then despite having so many difficulties in the pregnancy phase. I think that's a given when you become a mother. You become undaunted each day -- for your baby, and for your family.
