I first heard of it when we went there during a fiesta and people were talking about how yummy it was. It just made me so sad for the chicken.

I tried the Fried tamilok when I was in Surigao. I just can't say No to the locals lol. It wasn't really that bad. But the "kinilaw" is too much! Slimy raw tamilok soaked in vinegar?? I kennaaaat
