Learning to write with the appropriate alphabetic signs

I noticed that some Languages have signs/symbols on some letters. For example: in Francaise, the c has some drawings underneath.

This kind of letter makes language learning tough. It feels like I'm learning Latin or Arabic or Russian language where the alphabets are very different from English alphabets.

If I was to choose being an animal, I will like to be an Eagle.

The more you practice, the more more familiar they'll be to you :)..... You are referring to this one "ç" right? In German they have this letter "ß" and in Spanish we have this one "ñ". Once you know what they do, it's easier. Also, French has accents like Spanish and Italian.... So, as a native speaker I understand if you are struggling with them also.
