How do you handle your mind when you feel down or up?
I want to start writing essays again.
When we live in the world, something happens whether good things or bad things. But even if we face such things we have to be consistent mind. Since today's good things can turn out bad tomorrow and today's bad things can be good tomorrow. Therefore, we don't have to be so sad for sadness, we don't have to be too happy for the good things.
But of course, sometimes I find it difficult to keep my mind being consistent. Because I'm a just usual person, not a monk or a priest. That's why I always try to see and think of myself objectively as if someone sees me not to think emotionally when I feel down. Out of nowhere, I just wonder what people do or how handle their mind when they feel down .
(I wish I could write my essay more simple or more clearly like English native speaker's style. If I could do that it would be easier for people understand what I want to say)
