Stress is a very common problem being faced today. Every individual will experience stress every now and then .Many aspects of modern life affected and increased the feeling of being stressed out and worried . Specially for people who lives in cities. Work, family and study and a lot of other responsibilities made it very hard for us to have enough time to relax or enjoy life it self. It is very common now for people to take anti depression medicine . Stress is not always harmful. In fact, it is recognized that low levels of stress can even helps for better performance through an interview or an exam. But, too much stress is deferentially harmful. I've read before that Good physical exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, riding bicycle, playing foot ball, tennis are necessary to cope with stress and could help you to cope with stress.
