Handling anger

Last Monday I woke up with a backache (lower back). It was really painful and disabling, and I got worried because it was the same for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, when I decided to go and see a doctor. An acupuncturist.
Once I was there in his office, I started talking about feelings too, mentioning a nightmare in which I felt so, so angry about a situation that I grabbed a person by the hair and shouted at her.
It's so nice when a professional really linstens to you! He immediatelly changed the treatment he had previously on his mind, saying just "anger is linked to the lowerback".
After 50 minutes I left the place completely renewed and, during that day, my difuse anger awareness developed into knowing exactly what it meant. I simply can't deny it's a healing process.

Thank you! But in "It's so nice when a professional really listens to you!" I really meant it in the present, it was like a conclusion after the process.

And I didn't understand your correction here: "I can't simply deny against the healing process." This sentence became meaningless to me.
